Who we're looking for
We hire freelancers across every department. Pick everything you do on the application:
- Audio: A1 / FOH and monitor engineers, A2 / stage and RF techs
- Video: V1 / switcher and video engineers, LED wall techs, projection techs, camera operators, graphics and playback
- Lighting: L1 / lighting designers and programmers, L2 / lighting techs
- Staging and rigging: riggers, carpenters and scenic, stagehands and general labor
- Leadership and logistics: show leads / TDs, CDL and non-CDL truck drivers
What you'll do
- Load in, set, run and strike shows with the Longhorn crew
- Run your department on show days and work with the show lead and client
- Take care of our gear: handle it safely, report damage and pack it back the way it came out
- Show up on time, ready to work, and represent Longhorn professionally on site
What you bring
- Live event experience in at least one department (entry-level stagehands welcome)
- Reliable transportation to venues in your market
- Your own basic tools for your role
- A good attitude, clear communication and respect for the crew and client
